About Magog

Magog is a city at the north end of Lake Memphremagog in Québec’s Eastern Townships (Estrie), where the Magog River leaves the lake toward Sherbrooke. It is a resort and service town for lake recreation, with a lively waterfront and mountain views toward Owl’s Head and Mont Orford. Tourism and a year-round residential base share the shoreline. About 28,000 people live in Magog.
