About Georgina

Georgina is a town in York Region along the south shore of Lake Simcoe, covering Keswick, Sutton, Jackson’s Point, and Pefferlaw rather than a single downtown. It is a lakeside commuter and cottage municipality with beaches, a large recreation campus, and remaining farms inland from the shore. Highway 404’s northern end feeds growth around Keswick. About 48,000 people live in Georgina.
